Terms and Conditions

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Bookings must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the class time. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the studio has the right to cancel the session and count it as a used class.

All payments are non-refundable.

If the package validity period expires without being fully or partially used, the client is not entitled to request an extension of the package duration.

Clients must inform the instructor and the studio in advance of any medical condition or injury before starting the session. The studio is not responsible for any injuries that may occur during the session or while on the premises, even if prior injuries or medical conditions have been disclosed.

Clients must inform the instructor and the studio if they are pregnant before starting the session.

The studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue providing services to any client for any reason deemed appropriate, without the obligation to issue a refund.

The studio is not responsible for any lost or misplaced personal belongings within the premises.

Clients are not allowed to photograph or record instructors, other clients, or anyone inside the studio without their prior consent. Any violation will result in immediate cancellation of the membership without a refund, and legal action may be taken.
