Account Deletion Request

If you have an account on the Rekaz platform or on any app powered by Rekaz, you can request the deletion of your account and personal data at any time.

How to request account deletion

Send an email to contact@rekaz.io with the subject "Account Deletion Request", including:

  • The name of the app or business where your account is registered.
  • The mobile number or email address registered on the account.

We will verify your identity and delete the account within a maximum of 30 days from receiving the request. You will be notified once the deletion is complete.

Data that is deleted and retained

  • Your personal account data is deleted: name, mobile number, email address, and the booking and subscription data associated with your account.
  • We may retain certain data that we are legally required to keep (such as invoices and tax records) for the legally mandated period, after which it is deleted.
