Official Regulations and Terms and Conditions for Membership at Fit 360 Sports Club
For your sake and to preserve and enhance the club's environment, the terms and instructions below govern the relationship between members and Fit 360 Sports Club.
- The prevailing laws, customs, and traditions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia must be respected and observed.
- The minimum age for membership is 16 years and over.
- The member must be in good health.
- If the member has a health condition, chronic illness, heart disease, skin disease, or any other illness, the member must provide a medical report from the competent authority authorizing them to participate in the training programs or the club's facilities. The club bears no responsibility for any future health complications that may arise within the club, God forbid. This also applies to pregnant members.
- People with disabilities are permitted to register at the club after submitting specific reports from the relevant authority, authorizing the participant to engage in the required activity. This report must be presented to the club management and approved. A personal escort is also required, ensuring the escort refrains from engaging in any sporting activity within the club.
- Participants must follow the trainer's instructions within the club's facilities and halls. Participants are strictly prohibited from assuming any role, or part of the trainer's role, within the club with all participants.
- Modest dress must be adhered to within all club facilities and halls.
- Club facilities must be maintained, and weights and sports equipment must be returned to their designated places after completing the exercise. Club facilities and property must also be preserved. Participants will be subject to a fine for any damage to club facilities and equipment.
- Photography is strictly prohibited within the club. - Entry to the club's facilities and services is prohibited without using a fingerprint or any other method specified by the facility. If the fingerprint device malfunctions, the entry ID must be verified by the receptionist.
- The club is not responsible for the loss of a member's personal items, whether placed in lockers or elsewhere within the club's facilities. The club management reserves the right to unlock the lock in an appropriate manner after official business hours without incurring any liability.
- The membership fee, or any part thereof, is non-refundable after subscription.
- Transferring or assigning the membership to another person requires an additional fee of 200 riyals.
- A member is not entitled to compensation for a retroactive suspension in cases of illness.
- It is strictly prohibited to bring visitors or children into the club.
- It is strictly prohibited to bring food and beverages into the club.
- Smoking of all kinds is strictly prohibited inside the club.
- Sitting and resting are permitted only in designated areas.
- The sale or marketing of any food or other product is prohibited inside the club.
- In the event that the club closes for reasons beyond its control, such as maintenance, force majeure, and global events such as infectious diseases, viruses, wars, and fires, the club is not obligated to refund the membership fee, or any part thereof, to the member.
- Working hours are indicated on a sign at the club entrance. The management reserves the right to change or modify working hours for cleaning, decoration, repairs, or holidays, after notifying the member.
- The member is not entitled to claim compensation for unused days.
- The club has the right to cancel a member's membership without refunding the membership fee, or any part thereof, if it is proven that the member has committed moral or verbal abuse within the club between members and staff, or if the membership is used by another person, or if the previous rules and instructions are not adhered to.
- Conditions for canceling memberships within the club:
- The member has the right to cancel the membership during the validity period.
- There is no cancellation of the monthly membership.
- The suspension period for a three-month subscription is 21 days. The suspension days will be added after the end of the subscription period.
- The suspension period for a 6-month subscription is 45 days. These suspension days are added after the subscription period ends.
- The suspension period for a 12-month subscription is 90 days. These suspension days are added after the subscription period ends.
- Members are not entitled to use the club or its facilities during the suspension period.
- Membership continues during the absence of the member, and no additional days are compensated.
- Group training sessions will be canceled 15 minutes after the start time if participants do not show up.
- Group training sessions are scheduled in advance by the management on a regular basis and are subject to change and cancellation.
- All purchased personal training sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- The club reserves the right to provide a replacement personal trainer if the current trainer is unavailable.
- Cancellation of a personal training session must be given at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions will be considered used, and additional session fees will be required if no-shows occur without prior notice.
In consideration of the management's acceptance of her club membership application and her joining the club as a member, the member agrees to the above.
