Once you have selected your service, please note that the deposit is non-refundable for same-day cancellations.

In case of a no-show or late arrival, the full amount may be charged.

Please arrive on time for your appointment and avoid arriving too early.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, an additional SAR 50 late fee will be added to your service.

If you are more than 30 minutes late, the delay may be deducted from your service time, or your appointment may be canceled without a deposit refund. 💸

• Please do not wear contact lenses.

• Please avoid taking allergy medication before your appointment.

• If your appointment falls during your menstrual period, we recommend rescheduling for better lash retention. ❤️🔥

• Please avoid drinking coffee before your appointment, as caffeine may cause eye twitching and redness.
