  1. All prices include 15% Value Added Tax (VAT).
  2. Services are non-refundable once completed.
  3. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment or in case of no-show.
  4. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling or cancellation depending on appointment availability.
  5. Please inform the specialist in advance of any allergies, skin conditions, or medical issues before starting the service.
  6. The salon management is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
  7. Results of certain services may vary depending on each client’s hair or skin condition.
  8. Booking an appointment or receiving the invoice constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions.
