سياسة التأجيل والإلغاء

• يمكن تعديل أو تأجيل الحجز مجانًا خلال أول 12 ساعة من وقت تأكيد الحجز.

• بعد مرور 12 ساعة، يُخصم (200 ريال] عند التعديل أو التأجيل.

• في حال الإلغاء النهائي، يُخصم كامل مبلغ التأمين (350 ريال)

• لإجراء التعديل أو الإلفاء: يرجى إرسال (رقم الحجز+ الاسم+رقم الجوال] عبر حسابنا في

الانستغرام والواتساب عند التأخر لأكثر من 15 دقيقة بعد انتهاء وقت الحجز، يتم خصم (200

ريال] تلقائیا من مبلغ التأمين.

سياسة التمديد

• في حال الرغبة بتمديد الحجز لساعة إضافية، يُرجي التواصل معنا قبل ساعة من انتهاء حجزكم

عبر رسالة مباشرة على إنستغرام أو واتساب للتأكد من توفر الوقت. وإذا كان الوقت متاحًا،

سيتم خصم 200 من مبلغ التأمين للساعة الإضافية

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

. You can modify or reschedule your booking free of charge within the first 12

hours after booking confirmation.

· After 12 hours, a (200 SAR) fee applies for any modifications or rescheduling.

. In case of a full cancellation, the entire security deposit (350 SAR) will be

deducted.

· To modify or cancel a booking, please send your order number and name via

Instagram DM or WhatsApp.

. If you're more than 15 minutes late after your booking ends, (200 SAR) will

automatically be deducted from the deposit.

Extension Policy

. If you wish to extend your booking by an additional hour, please contact us at

least 1 hour before your current booking ends via Instagram DM or WhatsApp. if

the time is available, (200 SAR) will be deducted from the deposit for the extra

hour.
