Terms of Service – Rekaz Platform

Rekaz Platform provides a cloud-based system for managing and operating service businesses, including but not limited to:

• Booking and appointment management.
• Subscription and package management.
• Electronic invoicing and payment collection.
• E-invoicing in compliance with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) requirements.
• Employee and permissions management.
• Customer reminders and notifications.
• Booking interfaces, websites, and white-labeled applications.

Rekaz Platform reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any of its services at any time, with notice to users through available channels.

When creating your account on Rekaz Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep it updated.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and not share them with others.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify Rekaz Platform immediately upon suspecting any unauthorized use of your account.

Rekaz Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to contain inaccurate information or to be in violation of these terms.

Rekaz Platform services are provided according to defined subscription plans. The Service Provider agrees to:

• Pay subscription fees on time according to the selected plan.
• Review plan details, pricing, and available features before subscribing.
• Rekaz Platform reserves the right to modify pricing or subscription plans with prior notice to existing subscribers before any changes take effect.

The refund policy is governed by separate terms detailed on the Refund Policy page.

When using Rekaz Platform, users agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
• Not attempt unauthorized access to platform systems or other users' data.
• Not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the platform without prior authorization.
• Not use the platform in a manner that could harm the platform, its users, or third parties.
• Comply with ZATCA e-invoicing requirements applicable to their business.

All intellectual property rights related to Rekaz Platform, including but not limited to: trademarks, designs, logos, software, content, and documentation, are the exclusive property of Rekaz Platform or its licensors.

Users are not granted any ownership rights in the platform or any of its components. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform in accordance with these terms and during the subscription period.

The Service Provider retains ownership of the data they enter into the platform (customer data, bookings, invoices, etc.). Rekaz Platform is committed to handling this data in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy .

The Service Provider bears full responsibility for the accuracy and legality of the data and content they enter into the platform, and warrants that they have obtained all necessary consents for collecting and processing their customers' data.

Transactions between the Service Provider and the End Customer (providing a service, attending an appointment, subscription, cancellation policy, etc.) are an independent contractual relationship subject to what the two parties agree upon. Rekaz Platform is not a direct party to that relationship except to the extent of operating the platform and providing its technical tools.

Rekaz Platform bears no responsibility for the quality of services provided by the Service Provider to their customers or for any disputes arising between them.

Rekaz Platform provides its services "as is" and "as available." While we strive to provide a stable and reliable service, the platform:

• Does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the platform will be free of technical errors at all times.
• Is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the platform or the inability to use it, including loss of data or profits.
• Is not liable for any damages resulting from outages in third-party services (such as payment gateways or messaging providers).

In all cases, Rekaz Platform's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amounts paid by the user during the twelve (12) months preceding the date of the claim.

Rekaz Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account in the following cases:

• Violation of any of these Terms of Service.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Using the platform in a manner that harms the platform or its users.
• Failure to pay due subscription fees.
• A request from a competent government authority.

The Service Provider may cancel their subscription at any time in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy. Upon termination, the Service Provider will be given a reasonable period to export their data before it is deleted from the platform's systems.

Rekaz Platform reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes via email or through an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform after the publication of modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In the event of any dispute arising from these terms, the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall have jurisdiction.
